Summary

  • You have the right to return any good you have ordered within 14 calendar days without justify yourself EXCEPT if you bought custom goods (made or done to order for you).
  •  I want you to be "happy customer" so if you changed your mind about your order or if there is anything wrong with the goods you received, please, let me know, I will arrange the free return of the goods and find a way to satisfy you (reimbursment or exchange of the goods).
  • The shipping rates are refunded: Free returns. I refund the delivery rates and the return rates (you may have nothing to pay for the return if you use the "return by kiala" service).

Conditions

You have 14 calendar days to use your cancellation right without giving any reason.

However, this right has an exception : the custom articles or manufactured in accordance to client specifications.

The cancellation period will expire 14 calendar days on which :

  • from the day on which you acquire, or a third party orther than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods,
  • or, in the case of an order with multiple goods separately delivered, from the day on which you acquire, or a third party orther than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last article.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform me of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, an e-mail). You may use the attached cancellation form, but it is not mandatory. Send your cancellation to me by any mean : Alice Salmon, Bld d'Avroy 134/24 à 4000 Liège (Belgique) (letter) or by e-mail alice@auxmerveilles.be.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. Send your article, in his original packaging with a copy of the bill to this address :  Alice Salmon, Bld d'Avroy 134/24 in 4000 Liège (Belgium). The articles must be returned with Bpost or Kiala Carrier. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having send back the goods, whichever is earliest. The refund will cover the price of the goods and the shipping fees except if you choose a non-standard delivery method which is more expensive). The refund will be made at least 14 calendar days after we received the goods back. The shipping cost (for the delivery and the return) and the total price will be refund. You can ask for an exhange of the goods or another method to receive your refunding. I will send you the reimbursement by the same mean you paid me.
